How to Use
Fold the disc and gently insert it until it opens and creates a seal. Most discs can be worn for up to 12 hours, depending on your flow. To remove it, gently pull the tab to empty the contents, rinse the cup, and reinsert.
To Clean: Wash with water during use. After your period ends, you can soak or boil your disc in hot water for 5 minutes. Wash with a mild soap or menstrual cup wash and let dry. Store in pouch.
