ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 4-5 business days to process your order. We are a one woman show over here (: Expect an email within that 4-5 days to let you know your order is on the way.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders that are over $75 will qualify for free shipping. 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Online orders must be sent to an address within the United States. 

PREPAID LABELS

For certain refillable items bought online, you may receive a prepaid return label you can use to ship back the bottle or pouch your product came in. This is part of our closed-loop system to keep single-use out of landfills, while still delivering you your product. If you'd like to help us and the planet out, please send your vessel back to us using the return label we provide. This is provided at no extra cost to you. Thanks for being green with us (:

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@ecomke.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. For more information, please see our refund policy.
