How to Use
Fold the cup and gently insert it until it opens and creates a seal. Most cups can be worn for up to 12 hours, depending on your flow. To remove it, pinch the base to release the seal, pull it out carefully, empty the contents, rinse the cup, and reinsert.
To Clean: Wash with water during use. After your period ends, you can soak or boil your cup in hot water for 5 minutes. Wash with a mild soap or menstrual cup wash and let dry. Store in pouch.
